Random question: Energy level

Everyone is different. Some people are most active/energetic in the mornings. Others are more active/energetic in the evenings. Still others - like my Mam - just seem to have a high energy level all the time.

I'm not sure what made me think of this, but I was just wondering... At what time of day do you find you have the highest energy level? Or are you one of those people who is energetic all the time?

I'm generally a night owl. I dont do well much before 10-11 am and do alright up to around 7-8pm...then after a nap, Im good to go until 2-3am or so.

My energy level seems to be tied more to my mood than the time of day - If I'm content and busy, my energy level will climb. If I'm depressed, I've no energy at all.

Fair enough, Iggy. :)

I'm definitely not an early morning person. Anything before 9am is bad! Usually late afternoon/early evening I seem to have the most energy, and can usually go until midnight or later.

Well since it's almost 2:30 am and I can't sleep yet, I'd have to say nighttime is my higer energy time. I worked till 11:00pm and I like the later shift much better than when I have to go it at 6:30 or 7:00 am. I have a hard time dragging my butt out of bed at that hour.

You can generally tell when people are most active by their blog post times. Or some people just post whenever, or all the time. Okay most people. But still!

True, but some people do their posts when they're getting tired and wanting something to keep them awake a little longer. Some people do their blog posts while trying to fill in time before work/school if they're ready before they needed to be. Others do their posts between tasks at work/school. And still others post only when they have something exciting they want to share and that can be any time depending on when and where that thing happened. So you can't really go by post times properly. Especially now there's that scheduled post thingy. I mean, at the time a post appeared on my blog to congratulate my brother and new sister-in-law on getting married I was actually on my way to the wedding and no where near a computer and hadn't been near one for a couple of days.
