Green Britain Day 2010

Today is Green Britain Day.

It's a day aimed at sending the message that, "Starting to live a more sustainable life doesn’t have to be daunting. Once you’ve got the knowledge, you’ll find it’s a lot easier to start making changes that benefit you and the environment around you." Not to mention Britain's big plan of making Britain cleaner before the 2012 olympics, which are to be held in London.

Visit their website if you want to find out more about it.

Happy Green Day Tori!!

Imagine what might happen if this green day becomes as popular as the other green day (St. Patrick's Day)!

Actually, St Paddy's day isn't all that big over here. It's weird, but it's actually you lot in the States that make the big deal about it. Well, and the Irish, obviously. I suppose it's at least partially due to the number of Irish who went over there in the past?
