Come walk with me and search for signs of Spring

As promised, I have some photos to share with you from when I took my camera with me so as to allow you to join me for my walk a couple of weeks ago. So... Wont you walk with me?

There aren't really any flowers to be seen yet... Plenty of brambles though:

But the sky is bright blue between the branches of the trees:

And the sun is shining through the gaps in the branches too:

And there is, at least, some ivy growing on the trees:

And, look... Here's a bird watching us walk by:

Goodbye Mr Blackbird... See you tomorrow, perhaps? I'll be there... Will you?

I hope you enjoyed walking with me. Sorry that there didn't seem to be any sign of any beautiful Spring flowers or anything... Maybe soon? Perhaps it's still too cold for them to feel like poking their pretty little heads out of the ground to say hello?

Thanks for taking me on the walk, Tori. Beautiful blue skies! We don't have much in the line of flowers here yet, either other than Jonquils. I'd swear that blackbird is smiling at us. He probably watches for you to stroll by each day.

Have a great week.!

Glad you liked the photos! :)

Yeah... Maybe he does! He (or she?) or a similar bird is often calling to me and flitting from tree to tree to join me on part of the walk. I enjoy that. I've tried to get more photos, but the bird keeps teasing me, and lifts in to the air and flies about, calling at various points but not staying there long enough for me to even attempt a photo.

I enjoyed the walk with you. Pretty blue sky and even a bird in a tree. I know how they like to fly off just as you are about to click a camera shutter, so good job getting a shot of him (her).

I thought maybe spring was here but not yet. We're due to get hit with a snow storm starting around midnight tomorrow night and continuing all day Wednesday. Oh joy. :\

Terri says he has some crocuses out, but I didn't think to go check yesterday. I hope they like snow.

Keep that camera close by. Would love to see more pictures from your walks. :)

That was fun! Hey, no snow on the ground--looks like spring to me! It is always quite brown and soggy here for a while before it turns green.

Lovely blue sky and glad you caught the bird before it took off. I used to have a crow who often followed me and cawed greetings as I walked to and from the junior high school. I loved it! Only crow I ever saw where I grew up. Was there for just a couple of years.

Can hardly wait to see pictures when it has all turned green and lush. :)

Glad you enjoyed the photos!

Not nice... Hope the snow doesn't show up (like the snow we were supposedly getting in February).

I'll do my best to keep the camera on hand and get some more photos soon!

I'm sure things will be green and lush here soon! Especially if today's lovely weather is something to go by... It was even slightly warm here today!

I bet you enjoyed the Crow's company on your way home. I know I would have!

I felt like I was in Wales walking along with you - something that would be really nice to do.

I always get an uplift when I see the sunshine gleaming off the white branches of the river side trees.

Iggy:
Yes, that would be nice! :)

The blue thru the trees is lovely. I love taking shots like that, especially when the trees have some character to them.
