Weight loss info

I lost three quarters of a pound (12oz) this week.

Not a huge, really impressive loss, but it's a loss, so I'm fine with that.

Every little helps, right? :)

Any loss is a good loss. And with all the extra walking you are doing you are healthier and might be losing inches more than pounds sometimes. ;)

Yes, that might be happening; if that is the case I haven't noticed any missing inches just yet though! ;)
