Summer Solstice 2012

The actual time of the Summer Solstice this year was June 20th at 10:09 PM - here in the UK anyway - and from year to year it varies from some time on June 20th to some time on June 24th, I believe. But for simplicity's sake we celebrate on June 21st every year.

Since today is June 21st, Kero and I would like to wish everyone a blessed Summer Solstice. Whatever you do today, may the sun be shining where you are!

I had planned to do a blog post about solstice yesterday but got busy. I think I'll take your cue and go ahead and post today. Hope you are having a great day. :)

Glad you have sunshine! Yes, now the days begin to shorten. Still, with how fast the time seems to be going we'll be back around to Midsummer again very soon! ;)

Thank you for the sweet Summer Solstice wishes. I'm not too sure about how much sun I want though... we need rain! Have a wonderful day Tori!

Thank you! :)

Deanna:
From what I hear Wales has plenty of rain to spare... Maybe my Mam or Dad will send some your way? ;)
