Gardener Kelly

When we got our new lawnmower at the end of June I was asked to get a photo of Kelly using it.

So, here you go... Not just one photo, but two of them! ;)

Enjoy your day! :)

Bloody hell, I think you need a goat more then a lawnmower LOL.... he is gonna have to work so hard on that to bring it back to scratch, but it will make a loverly place for you to sit out in and think of all the things you could grow once its sussed and sorted......

Well, people kept saying they'd do it and not doing it. Or they'd start doing the front and get fed up (or say they didn't have time to finish). So the back has been left, and left, and left. Kelly's managed to get it down some, but I think it's going to take a bit for him to get it tidied up properly, because of how long it's been left.

It looks like Kelly is working WAY too hard! Does he hire out?

That grass sure was long before Kelly started attacking it. I like to cut grass and know how hard it is to cut when it's longer. That reminds me it's just about time to cut the grass here again.

*hollers to Kelly* Keep an eye on that electrical cord. :)

Looks like he has his work cut out for him. That's the trouble with some people...they say they will help out but then don't.

It's been raining so much here it's hard to get the grass mowed at all. Terri mowed the rest of the back yard today after another rain shower had gone thru. We have a BIG back yard.

We've got such a small yard that all hubby uses is a weed whacker. When we've had too much rain the grass becomes almost impossible to cut.

You wouldn't be able to afford his prices. LOL!

Yeah, thing is, most people were - when they showed up - just tackling the front and deciding the back could wait. So Kelly's the first person to properly tackle the back since last year.

Don't worry, he was being careful of the cord. :)

Yeah, it's annoying when people do that.

Rain is giving us a problem too. That's why it's taken so long for Kelly to make any progress with the lawn. He's got it down a fair bit now, but it still needs to be finished. Unfortunately the only sun we're getting is brief patches between the rain, none of which are long enough to even get the mower back out, let alone finish mowing the lawn.

Our garden's a bit big to just do that. Though, I'm sure Kelly would be pleased if it was small enough to get away with that. ;)

LOL! Hey, if I'd thought about it I could have smuggled a goat home the other day. ;)

I often throw random posts in there. ;)
