By Clare Francis

"Sylvie Matheson is found dead in a river, and Hugh Wellesley, her ex-lover, stands accused of her murder, at a time when his business and his marriage are under pressure. This story of betrayal keeps the reader guessing until the dramatic denouement."

Above taken from here.

This was a great book, which does indeed keep you guessing. And because it keeps you guessing right up until the very end, it also keeps your interest right the way through.

Sounds like my kind of book. I like the ones with non-stop "plot complications" and unexpected wrinkles.
