Author and book news for children's author and poet, Victoria Zigler, as well as general news from the life of the Zigler family; furry and otherwise!
LOLOL!! I know lots of people on facebook. Some people love it. It wasn't that I didn't like it, I just found it sucked away a lot of time that wasn't the most productive for me. ;) You might love it to death, as so many do. Let us know how you like it. :)
Oh, Toriz! Now I fear we will never see you again.... FB is the MASTER of time-suckage. :)
Rita:Fair enough!I originally closed my account because it's hard work for me to navigate around Facebook. It's still hard work, but several people are on there who I want to be able to talk with - like extended family - so I gave in and created a new account.I still think it's annoying, but... *Shrugs*Barefoot:The good thing is, the main thing that keeps people busy is the games, and I can't play the games; chatting and posting on people's wall things is hard enough work without adding those games in to the mix! I caved and signed up again to be able to communicate with those people who I can't otherwise (like family members who live far away). And I have no plans to stop - or even slow down - with the blogs. The only thing that will stop me commenting on blogs is that darn word verification thing!
I don't play the games on Facebook either. Never even tried. Don't need to get addicted to them by "needing" to harvest a crop before it wilts or kill some mafia leader before he kills me. I know a few people who are addicted to those games, tho.
AK:So do I; but I wont be one of them. Posting on walls and sending messages is enough work!Like I said, I wouldn't even have made a new account, but I know some people are on there that I want to keep in touch with (people who never did blogs before) so... *Shrugs*... Plus, the extended family all seems to be on there, and it would be nice to get to talk to them (well, many of them anyway).
I resemble that!(Now where's my gun so I can go kill some mafia leader?)
*peeks up and out of the strawberry patch*.oO(did someone say something?)
*Chuckles at Chicago and Styxie*
I won't hate you.p.s., I deleted my account when Rita did - so don't worry that I'm ignoring you.
Iggy:I wasn't sure if you'd deleted it or not, so figured I'd send you an invite and if you were still on you'd accept it, if you weren't, then you wouldn't. I knew you wouldn't just ignore me if you still had your account.
