Wednesday: Chinese take-away.

Thursday: Chips, cheese and gravy.

Friday: Eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans and toast.

Saturday: Mango mash (mashed potato with mango chutney) and broccoli.

Sunday: Minted quorn, potatoes and vegetables.

Monday: Pasta with sauce.

Tuesday: Potato wedges with sauce.
