Ok I have no idea whatsoever what a dandelion break is but have a good one! I'm picturing you picking dandelions, or drinking dandelion tea or watching them grow. ;)

I made the most wicked Dandelion wine once, it took just under 2 years to ferment to the most powerfullest brew, made 2 demijohns full, didnt even bottle the wine, took it to a barn dance with some maties and we drank it with straws straight out of the fermenting jars LOL..... dam it was strong :) it 2 gallons.... 2 years to make.... 1 hour to drink LOL
