The photos in this post are of some very tasty strawberries I had recently. They were the sweetest, most delicious strawberries I ever remember having, which is what made them blog worthy.
Enjoy your day, and what's left of strawberry season! :)

Those look scrumptious!
The strawberries have been vrey tasty this year - perhaps because of the rain. And BIG too.
I'm glad you enjoyed the strawberries. :) I love them but can't eat them because of all of the seeds in them. I think strawberry season around here is pretty much done. They're more of a late spring/early summer crop here.
The blueberries are in season now, tho, and according to the news the other night, it should be a good season for them. The cool, wet summer we've had should also extend the season making them sweeter because they ripen slower. :)
Oh Yummy Yummy Yummy those look sooooooo good!
where did you get them? I've only had a few strawberries that were really delicious. =]
Dam I love strawberries, we grew ours this year in a huge wicker hanging basket and had loads of them...... now all the runners are growing making new plants to pot on for next year....

Mmmm nom nom nom. I could SO go for a smoothie with fresh berries in it.
I know they are awesome this summer, I bought 4 pounds on Monday and they were gone by Wednesday!! So I am going back for more!!
Iggy:
Yes, they are quite big this year.
AK:
Blueberries are really tasty too! Actually, I love most types of berries... Strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries... All good! :)
Jewelz:
Take it from me, they were as tasty as they look. :)
Jessica:
I got them from a local fruit and veg shop. The ones I got from the supermarket were nice, but not as good as these ones. These ones were to die for!
Toasty:
Hope you enjoyed your strawberries, and that you get loads next year too. :)
Styxie:
Sounds like a good plan! Hope you did get your smoothie, and that you enjoyed it. :)
Wendy:
