April showers

They say "April showers bring May flowers." If that's true, we'll have a LOT of flowers! It's rained on and off the last few days (more rain than dry patches yesterday and today). And you should hear the wind! There's always a wind by the sea, but this wind is quite nasty. I'm not complaining though; it's oddly soothing listening to the wind blowing in from the sea.

I giggle now because when 'April' showers, it's my puppy making a weewee. hahaha

It is really rainy there? We have a lot of MARCH showers that bring April flowers here.

We've had similar weather it sounds like. We've had a lot of rain and wind this month. Almost had snow but all that snow missed us here. I hope we both gets lots of May flowers. :):)

We need rain badly here where I live. Because we had very little snow this past winter, the ground has gotten very dry. We're supposed to get some soaking rain Sunday. I hope it comes. (the wind I could do without)

*Chuckles* too funny!

Yeah, it's been nice the odd day, but a large chunk of this month so far has been wet. It's funny, because March was so dry they were saying we might end up with a hosepipe ban, now... Well, let's just say I think that's off the table. ;)

Rita:
Seems so. We haven't had any more snow, but we did have hail, and we're meant to have thunderstorms before the week is out!

We needed this rain badly too; we were in danger of a hosepipe ban already this year because of low freshwater levels. Looks like that's off the table though (for now anyway).

Be safe with that weather! We had wind last weekend when it was howling and everything was blowing around; I'm not a fan of wind, but I do like listening to the rain :)

Betty:
The wind is nasty, but not quite in the "this could cause serious damage" range; thankfully!
