Random Question: Your picnic basket

If you were going on a picnic and had to pack a basket of your favourite picnic foods to take with you, what would your picnic basket contain? Don't forget the drinks! :)

Peanut Butter sandwiches on white bread...Ritz crackers with Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread...a bottle of wine...Key Lime Pie...and maybe a couple pieces of chocolate, because chocolate is good with anything.

I think I would pack a deli style ham and cheese sandwich on Kaiser roll with all the fixings (mayo, lettuce, tomato) - some fresh carrots and celery sticks and a couple bottles of icy cold Arizona brand diet ice tea.

For dessert I would just look at ChicagoLady's Key Lime pie and wish I could have some - and maybe have a small cup of fruit, with blueberries, strawberries, orange slices and bananas.

My basket would have a turkey and swiss on ciabatta with mayo (oh...maybe a bit of ranch dressing instead for a little kick), bacon and lettuce. Cheddar flavored Sunchips or maybe some white cheddar popcorn...oooh nummy... or maybe a nice Caesar salad instead? Lipton sweet iced tea with lemon and either a cinnamon chip muffin or maybe a nice piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for dessert.. *perks* chocolate... yeah...gotta have that too!

MY Picnic basket:

A bottle of O Organics Blueberry-Orange carbonated juice/soda (hard to explain!)

big fat salami sandwiches made on really yummy hoagies with provalone, lettuce, tomato, red onion, cucumber slices, mayo & a dijon mustard

a bag of gourmet potato chips (but, not a BIG bag)

some home-made (or at least, good bakery-purchased) brownies with walnuts, or a layered type brownie or something.

a bowl of strawberries and grapes

and a hunk of really, really good Irish cheddar and some Triscut crackers.
